Major: PreLaw and Legal (This Major's Salary over time)
I chose to attend PCC because they were the only Christian college that offered the legal secretarial field. I didn't want to be a paralegal or a lawyer, but I wanted to be more than a file clerk. I, now, make almost a 6 figure income as a legal secretary and personal assistant to one of the nation's top 40 attorneys under the age of 40. I would have to say that the program needs to be updated to instruct the students majoring in the legal secretarial field on the use of westlaw and pacer and also on filing procedures with at least the court system in Florida (this will allow them to learn other states more easily).
