with all of my contact with varying opinions about pcc, i have concluded one common denominator: ability and willingness to recognize authority and to follow instructions. a high school taecher taught me, if you woulde only follow directions, thing almost always turn out ok. so, if you're looking to attend pcc, really look inside and decide how it is you actually feel about authority and "rules. rules. rules." there are a lot of rules. many of them somewhat strict. but as long as you have a Christ-honoring view of authority, there should be no problem at all.
