Some of the things said about SCAD here are true, and some are not. Like most colleges, SCAD is what you make of it. Work hard and you will ultimately succeed. Yes, it's expensive; yes, sometimes unfair; but they know what's up. SCAD is a decent school for art and design, and many employers have strong ties here. I've always learned that college isn't only about what you know, it's about who you know. Make connections, network often, get your name out there, and the rest is almost done for you.
