Major: English (This Major's Salary over time)
I graduated from ASU in 2000 and have been extremely successful since then. I found a job straight after graduating through an internship that I got through the English department and have always been able to work in my field. I have come across some very interesting job opportunities and now live and work in Europe. I grew up near Boone, so I knew the area and absolutely love it!! It is a very special place with LOADS to do outdoors. I made some of the best friends of my life while I was a university. It is very important to come to Appalachian prepared for the weather AND with a four-wheel drive car. I found the English department very helpful and the philosophy department fantastic. Appalachian is a very special university and I see it becoming a major player in the near future.
