Date: Feb 13 2008 Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time) Rules? Yes - of course. I knew about them before I went down and I was willing to accept those rules for the time I was in college. Just like with most jobs, there were things that I did not necessarily agree with, but I was willing to deal with them (or suffer the known consequences). As one who was never a floorleader, never an ensemble member, and never one of the "chosen," I still came out of PCC with a great respect for the school. I enjoy going back and visiting. I did spend 2 years as a GA - but fortunately I was a married GA and it was not that bad. Yes, living on $900 a month is a bit tough - but the only bills we had were food, phone, gas, and a car - all of which we could afford at $900 a month. If you go - know what the rules are and decide before hand if you can deal with the rules. If you cannot deal with the fules - don't go!
