If you are interested in serving the Lord in a safe environment, PCC is a wonderful opportunity. It is true that the rules can be hard to follow sometimes, but they (for the most part) are up front with the rules and you agree to them before you come. The rules are made to help keep a Christ centered life. They tell you that the rules are made to keep us as far away from sin as possible, but that we need to make our own convictions once we leave college. On a negative side, I will admitt that sometimes, PCC can be double minded and have double standards. Music is automatically the first things that comes to mind. Some music that they play at the Campus Church if you took it and put it on a CD, you could get in trouble for listening to it, and on the other side of the spectrum, if you listen to some music they would say passes but it is by a artist that they don't approve, just because of the artist it doesn't pass. Overall the college is a good place to get an education at a cheap price. They try to protect us by limiting certain things like the internet, and sometimes it can be frustrating because you can't get to good sites that most would say have nothing wrong but because there is even a questionable word in the search engines, they don't allow it.
