I've had one teacher out of 3 semesters where the teacher seemed to be genuinely excited to teach the students. Most of them act like they were forced to teach. Most students on this campus are unmotivated and go out drinking every other night. It may seem fun at first but it gets old fast. Also, people either hang out with their friends from their small towns in Iowa or it is the chicago suburbia kids that hang out together. The Iowa kids are very conservative and the kids from the Chicago suburbs think they own the place. (Middle class thinking they are upper class…) Not a very diverse campus, people are extremely closed minded.
