PCC is seeking accreditation from TRACS. It is not a regional accreditation board. Yes, it is a step up from no accreditation. Still, do your homework before doing a happy dance. The type of accreditation your college/university maintains can affect your post-baccalaureate options just as much as no accreditation. Proceed with caution and investigate the type of accreditation your college options hold.
