Major: Computer Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
The professors and advisors in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) are quite inflexible when it comes to deadlines and assignments. I've seen much of the material (or something like it) in community college classes, but the quantity of homework we have to work through is absurd. In fact, I hate to say it, but one of the main reasons why I'm still here is because of the university's reputation (#4 in computer science/engineering according US News & World Report) as well as the fact that I can get a reasonably good job after I graduate as a result of that reputation. Otherwise, I probably would have transferred out of here and into some little-known liberal arts school a long time ago. (By the way, as for the person complaining about this school saying things against their religion, what did you expect coming to a PUBLIC institution, anyway. And, by the way, get a life.) :P
