PCC is not for everyone.BrightBiology
PCC is not for everyone. Many people attend this school because of the campus or the low price, but you must be well aware that there are many rules to be followed. They are not really that hard to follow. Yes, some are absolutely ridiculous and make no sense, but it is usually because someone in the past did something really stupid and ruined it for everyone in the future. PCC is a great school in academics. However, one should seriously consider the "horrible" rules of the school. During my years at PCC, I only got 10 demerits my first semester and no more. It's not hard to stay out of trouble regardless of what rumors circulate. Pray about what God would have for you in your life in regards to attending PCC.

It helped me to accept and respect authority.Communications
It helped me to accept and respect authority. We may not always agree with every rule and regulation an employer may have, but we must accept it and respect our authority. Also, own up to your decisions and take responsibility for them. The only thing I think I wish I had known or thought about is help in picking my major. I enjoyed my major and what I did, but I didn't find my actual major useful. But my degree is useful--that I have one!! FINISH! Do what you have to do to get your degree. Even if you do become a stay-at-home parent, it's worth the self-satisfaction to have the degree!

PCC had (and I think still does) anNursing
PCC had (and I think still does) an awesome nursing degree program. I am shown almost every day that I had a much better education than most of the new grads I encounter. Also, working with students out of other programs (some from a big-10 school), I am reminded that my education was stellar and I have always been prepared for every job that I have attempted.
