I went here for 2 years, and i can say with 100% confidence that the best part about those 2 years was that i learned how much i hate owu, ohio and the midwest. the only plus side to me attending owu was i know for sure that i do not want to go back to that part of the country ever again. The school is ok academically, i found that for the most part it relied on its prestigeous reputation, which was not the case for the actual school. the professors are fairly good, and want to help you succeed. the students are another story. although there are students at owu who are driven and brilliant i found that these were few and far between. for the most part the students would try to simply get through the classes by regurgitating the material learned. most of the time the students were very closeminded, from extremely isolated and protected east coast boarding schools. essentially this school was an exclusive disgusting country club with nothing to do except drink and drugs. please do not go here, you will only be dissapointed and waste thousands of dollars. do not go here....
