The previous poster works for OWU.BrightBiology
The previous poster works for OWU. I'd like to repeat that there is a disproportionate number of reviews for OWU (over 100 for a college of 2000 PEOPLE!!!), and ifyou compare it to schools with much greater people (like university of florida or harvard of duke), there are far less reviews.

OWU wants to paint their college as one of the premier colleges of the United States (it's being compared with Harvard, Brown on thsi website, come on...)

If you're stil set on going to OWU, one more thing you shoudl really realize. Over 50 percent of their students transfer after a year as a freshmen. If you don't believe me go call them and ask them for the exact figures.

Finally, if you want to go to a good grad. school and have a successful future, you need SOME name recognition when applying. You're better off going to your state school or a moer well-known school if you want to go to a good grad school.

If you're a premed, don't go here. They make sure that even if you work your ass off, you will egt mediocre grades and not even get into a med. school. Couple this with the factor that Ohio Wesleyan has no name factor, you're not going to have a very strong package.

However, if you want the whole "liberal arts" education deal (education for learning and not for practical reasons), then you could go here if you have a lot of money.I'd like to repeat that OWU is painting the college as a great university through disinformation. There are other posts from other users (check the ip addresses under the "peer review" button), that show that the "reviews" from most of these users ARE FRAUD AND PROPAGANDA from thsi school's adminsitration.

The worst institution.Not so brightEconomics
The worst institution. Do not come here. Do if you like hanging out with complete fraternity idiots and wasting a bank of cash on the worst liberal arts college in the state. The pubic safety is hellbent on writing people up for drinking and any pot is reported to the police. The reviews of this place are done by the faculty and the OWU marking people. LOOK AT THE RETENTION RATE. WORST IN THE NATION THANKS. I wasted 2 years of my life at this horrible place. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.

The administration will do everything possible to get your money and screw you over. Don't take the cutesy smiles the first day or even first semester, they will find someway to screw you.
