Considering the fact that you are living inQuite BrightCommunications
Considering the fact that you are living in Philadelphia and you have the co-op opportunity, when you graduate Drexel, you will be set with your career. If you do the 5 year co-op program, then you will have 1 1/2 years of experience pertaining to your major when you come out of college.Drexel isn't a very pretty school, but there are new buildings every single year. It's a lot different this year than it was two years ago.

Question
I read all the comments here before comingQuite BrightComputer Science
I read all the comments here before coming to DU. After a quarter here, I could understand what were wrong with Drexel. As a private university, Drexel easily accepts a lot of students, both good and bad. From my experience, many students came here not for studying as they satisfied with the success in getting acceptance. As a result, they got several bad grades and always complaint about school (professors, students, campus,..). On the other hand, many students here are so serious in studying and they love the school.

About the campus, I agree that it's not beautiful but Drexel is trying to improve it. Hopefully things would become better soon.

About the professors, they are great while some are terrible. If you spend time in researching about them, they would get into the best course. Otherwise, it's likely that you would soon post negative comments here.Best wishes

The school is not your normal "University." People are actually here to learn and prepair for their future. I can't speak for all majors but the College of Media Arts and Design is fantastic actoss the board.
