W&M provides a wonderful, challenging academic experience, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. No school is perfect, but W&M offers a variety of things to do socially, and the atmosphere is friendly, with an underlying pressure to do well that motivates students without scaring them. Williamsburg is not a booming metropolis, but with a little creativity, one can discover interesting and fun things to do on a Friday night. In all, the school offers an excellent education, and the people make it a pleasant place to be.

“I have not enjoyed my Biology major because most of W&M'sBrightBiology
I have not enjoyed my Biology major because most of W&M's bio classes are on the cellular/subcellular level. Being more of a whole-animal/behaviorist, I found these classes extremely difficult and don't feel I've taken away much. However, these classes are WONDERFUL for a person intersted in the cellular level. My advice, therefore, is to check out the types of classes offered by the universities you're interested in and make sure these classes will fulfill the requirements you have for yourself.
