Unless you're a missionaryBrightJournalism
Unless you're a missionary kid, a pastor's kid, or have a weird aspiration to get onto student leadership, I wouldn't recommend this school.

If your only goal is an easy degree, you've found the correct college. If, however, you actually want to learn and be challenged, you probably want to look elsewhere. The coursework here is elementary, at best, and is mostly irrelavent.

Question
Over all the education was excellent, the onlyQuite BrightReligion/Religious
Over all the education was excellent, the only downside to education was several professors spend more time bashing denominations not baptist; (two whole class periods were spent in the class on the book of Acts explaining the many things wrong with Benny Hinn (through utube videos), and therefore all of Pentecostal and Charismatic theology of which Benny Hinn is fringe not mainline nor is he a good example of anything other than a pseudo cult leader). Most of the rest was good, except for the occasional old prof who was still regurgitating the same notes he has been regurgitating for 30 yrs.

The school itself is way to concerned with making fun things available to the student, and not enough concern is shown for academics and the ignorance and downright belligerence in the financial aid dept. Every semester they tried to tell me I was "randomly" selected for verification and every semester they checked rechecked and manipulated my records until I had a balance due at the end of every semester. even though according to them I had a $3000 plus credit in the middle fo each semester. If you can afford to pay cash it is the best christian school to go to if you have to use financial aid you will get first hand experience at the Baptist version of health and wealth instead of name it and claim it its feel it (in my wallet) and steal it. Actually after venting about financial aid I would really recomend the school just be ready for long waits and lots of BS from the financial aid dept.
