PCC prepared me to think on my ownComputer Science
PCC prepared me to think on my own and be very effective in my field. By requiring me to study in order to get good grades and teaching me the importance of living right, PCC has contributed greatly to my character as well as my success. I have been back to campus recently, and everything is still as outstanding as I remember. There are some things that I would do differently in my life, but this is one thing that I'd do again. Keep in mind that they are not perfect, but I haven't found that anywhere yet. I would recommend PCC to any student that desires a good education. My son is getting ready to go, and he is looking forward to it. I can't wait to see how college helps him too!

Question
I attended PCC and was asked to leaveBrightEducation
I attended PCC and was asked to leave with 3 weeks left in my first year. I sat out a semsester and went back. After meeting my wife, I chose to leave and attend another christian college. Although I did not agree with most of what was done there and would not recommend the school, they treated me very fairly during my second stint. Although their reason for asking me to leave on my first stint was wrong. (I only had 51 demerits). On one occassion during my second stint, my girlfriend (now my wife) and I were caught giving each other a small kiss on campus. When we met with Dean Ohman (we both met with him together) he told us what we did was wrong and that he would appreciate our following the rules. We did NOT get a demerit, nor did we get Socialed. They actually treated us like adults. I was VERY surprised!!

Question
PCC provided a good education.Computer Science
PCC provided a good education. Being NON ACCREDITED has been the worse thing about PCC. Hard to pursue advanced degrees, hard to interview at some companies due to the new accredited policy, etc.

Not been to PCC in many years, but at that time it was nothing more than a sheltered existence at best. Overboard on legalistic rules and regulations which do not allow a person to go through the maturation process.

Spend your money somewhere else. I would never recommend this school. Try Liberty or Bob Jones. They care more about the student's career and future beyond just the spiritual.
