Major: Public Policy (This Major's Salary over time)
SU is a wonderful school and I wouldn't trade my experiences there for anything. SU has fantastic programs in public affairs, communications, political science, and engineering. My professors challenge me to think constantly and are available for help when I need it. Although Syracuse leads the country in snow, walking across campus is never more than 15 minutes and as long as a student has a good coat and gloves, he or she is fine. Of course, having the National Champion Orangemen to root for is a fantastic bonus and SU leads the country in basketball attendance. Dorm living in quite good and the students are friendly, even though racially, students seem to self-segregate. Drinking is prevalent, although no one pressures a student to drink if he or she doesn't want to. SU also revamped its Honors Program and is engaged in attracting talented students, and is a rewarding experience. There are clubs and organizations for every taste, and it's not difficult for a student to find his or her niche.
