Major: English (This Major's Salary over time)
The first thing to come to mind would be the Professors. I never had to wait to get an answer or outside help. The challenging course work often required that help. Never did I feel dumb for any question, and teachers went out of their way to find ways for me to succeed—not only with grades but in comprehending the course material. If I disagreed with a viewpoint, my teachers were not only willing to listen, but occasionally, after looking into what I had researched, changed their opinion on the issue.
