PCC's rules are strict, but If you decide ahead of time to obey them — despite the fact that some of them are ridiculous — you will have a wonderful educational experience.  Whenever I've had a problem in class, the professors have gone out of their way to schedule time for me, and it is obvious that they genuinely care about your academic success.
