Nearing the end of my first year at Texas State, I just have to say that this place is so awesome. I have learned alot in my classes and this school has helped me mature faster than I ever have. The people are very friendly and the atmosphere is diverse. The social life is awesome. There is always something to do whether it be a weekend or not! Being in a fraternity, I know that there is a strong resentment towards the greek organizations by many of the people that aren't a part of them, so if you're planning on rushing beware of people that hate. Nevertheless, this school is awesome and I would and do reccomend anyone who is interested in getting a well rounded education, and having fun in the process to come check out San Marcos Texas!
