Even though I have other schools I would rather attend, I'm pleased that God has placed me in PCC. The strict rules that everyone gets hot over has purpose. (most of them anyways…) For instance, not allowing guys and girls to make any physical contact allows for a strong relationship to be developed without sensuality being thrown in the mix. Having a mandatory bed-time gives everyone the chance to get needed sleep, protecting ppl from the roomate who refuses to turn out the lights get some sleep. Yeah, it's a bummer when you have a paper due the next day, but ya know, proper planning solves that problem. There are rules I consider superfluous, but you know what? TOUGH! If you are wanting to get away from the rules of your parents, forget PCC. Maybe consider joining the Marines? right. PCC is strict, to some too strict. But don't go calling them the devil. They are doing their best to do God's will and protect from depravity, even if it means setting up a incredibly wide buffer of rules and regulations to keep you from sin that could end up completely destroying your life and testimony and ability to serve God.
