I would recommend PCC, although some may have a harder time with the rules if they are not used to a disciplined environment. Presently I work at a private school and have a better understanding of why there are so many restrictions. Being accountable for hundreds of 17-22 year olds is a huge responsability for PCC. I noticed while there that those who were careful to find positive friendships usually did well, while those who hung around griping together usually were miserable and in trouble.
