I
was a small town football player type that was an
academic underachiever. Smart enough to get into UW but never
pushed. Graduated with BS degrees in Econ and Industrial Eng.
For whatever reason the total combination has worked everywhere I've
been. I realize I'm working with people who are probably
better at their job than I could ever do it,but
lack a big picture common sense. The most disarming thing
to do to build a team is to be totally
honest about your expectations and capabilities.
