Positive Negative Neutral Advice
This place genuinely changed my life.Quite BrightCommunications
This place genuinely changed my life. I know some reviewers do not believe any positive comments past Feb '07 are real. Well, I'm an '05 grad who works at the Sword of the Lord. This is the real deal, folks.

Yes, PCC has a controlled environment. Yes, they shield us from many things. Consider this. Plants grow the best in greenhouses. There, they are shielded form the outside world, and placed in what appears to be a restricted environment. Why do they grow so well? Because they receive exactly the nutrients and ingredients needed to grow, and only these elements they receive. This placed helped me grow spiritually. I made friends that I'm still in contact with today, and I am marrying the girl of my dreams. Sure, there are some personal and personality conflicts among individuals. Who doesn't have that? We need adversity to introduce us to ourselves sometimes. But this place isn't all harsh, back-breakers. These people are only here to help us grow.

Question
Attending Pensacola Christian College changed my life.Education
Attending Pensacola Christian College changed my life. I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere at PCC was exactly what I needed and the training I received was excellent. The teachers at PCC are personal and want to see every student succeed. The Christian atmosphere helped me to grow in my faith and prepared me for the ministry I am now in. I never dreamed I would attend a college 1,500 miles away from home. But attending PCC was one of the best decisions I made. Now I am teaching at a Christian school in southern Mississippi. (I didn't get any closer to home!)

Question
Being a student at PCC wasn't always easy,Criminal
Being a student at PCC wasn't always easy, but I definetly believe I benefited from being there. I learned alot about getting along with others, submitting to authority and hard work.

I made alot of friends, and had the privilege of having excellent teachers. I was there during a particular era of CJ instructors - old school and extremely involved and concerned about our outcome.

The campus was beyond beautiful, as far as college campuses go. It was also nice to know that you were safe. There was never any concern that something terribly bad could fall upon you. To be such an open atmosphere in the dorms - there was very little crime. It was also an atmosphere where you were given the opportunity to get as involved as you wanted, or not at all.

The spiritual aspect of the college was also amazing, providing one took the time to benefit from the great & Godly men that were brought to speak in chapel & church.Sure, it wasn't all fun and games & at times accredidation has been an issue, but I firmly believe that I was there at that time for a specific reason. If you don't like it, leave, but don't spoil it for the rest.
