"For a Christian Education-- this is a good
"For a Christian Education-- this is a good one. Don't plan on being able to do much with it though because so many people want accredited degrees"

DUH, accrediation is a measure of quality set forth by the US government, and maintained by regional and national accreditors. This school refuses to adhere to those standards and stick to archaic, and utterly useless teaching standards. A degree from here=attending an accredited school for another 4 years. No employer will knowingly accept a degree from an unaccredited school, it's actually ILLEGAL to in some states (I.E. Oregon).

Question
Pensacola Christian College is one of the top-notchBright
Pensacola Christian College is one of the top-notch Christian colleges in the country. I am so thankful that the Lord led me to transfer half-way through my sophomore year (at my second Christian college) to attend PCC. I knew exactly what I wanted and determined to stay away from this luke-warm lovey dovey Christian complacency. Like any PCC student, I often experience "Legalism Phobia" largely stemming negative unfounded rumor based on a whiny rebellious Christian school kids who want a college to perform like a Wal-Mart catering to every personal conviction and consumer need, and have no repect for the years of God-honoring labors of those who founded PCC. What I appreciate most about PCC is the strict rules (hmmm..not expecting that from a PCC student eh?) Having rules they for the most part stick too (besides the sad and at times oddly humorous hand holding allowances at mating (I mean dating) outings)and the imitation CCM the ensemble spews and rejoice radio belches, demonstrates a sorely missed conviction that none of my former schools followed. I started this school positively trying to learn as much as I could and grow closer to the Lord through His Word and ministry opportunities. The only negative experieces are those students who complain and whine while they dine at Four Winds one of best dining halls in the country. As far as not being strict and not accrediated, give me a break. Harvard is not accrediated and West Point makes PCC look like it follows generic playground rules. Less than a century ago, PCC would have been considered strict or odd. PCC would improve only if they became more selective in their choice of students. Not to belabor the point but James 1:27 still states that an important part of pure religion and undelfiled before God the Father is to "keep oneself unspotted from the world." If you want to be spotted with the grease from the world please don't come to PCC, babysitting is not fun. If you want to learn about true spiritual warfare and to change come to PCC, if you want to imitate those "gracing" the magazine covers at your local supermarket and want your diapers changed go elsewhere. Last year when I posted a comment there were those who were paranoid and thought I was administration because students are supposed to hate thier school(no, I'm not, neither am I a floor leader or anything like that)

Best teachers for the Bible Department:
Mr. Chris Raper (Elementary Greek, OT Survey, Hebrew History, and looking forward to his Minor Prophets)

Mr. Neal Huddleston (Greek I-III, and Hebrew)Mr. Jerry Hullinger (Hebrews and James, Titus and I and II Thess., Romans) if you see his name on a course outline take it)......I hope the advice helps and if your offended by my comment it's probably time to "change your stinky"
