The coursework is fine, though being self-motivated will be a great asset. Life unrelated to class, however, is sometimes miserable. No amount of cool clubs and sports can make up for the empty and boring weekends. Beer is the heart of the party...other options are scant. There is a sad lack of creativity and spontaneity on campus.

“The main skills IAerospace Engineering
The main skills I gained in my degree program was analytical thinking, time management, and performing under pressure. The real value, however, was in the full college experience including, especially, fraternity involvement where I developed better leadership, social, and business skills.

“This Unversity really does give students a well-roundedQuite BrightCommunications
This Unversity really does give students a well-rounded educational experience. It has the advantage of being a Big Ten school, so the athletic events are very fun. Besides those, the extra-cirricular activities at your disposal are also great, with a long list to choose from. In terms of academics, there a good classes and bad classes, just like everywhere else. I do feel like my classes for my major have given me the basic knowledge that I need to go out into the workforce. Overall--I'd say that I am very satisfied.
