Question
I hear a lot of comments about howBrightComputer Science
I hear a lot of comments about how people said Drexel was the worst mistake they ever made. Well let's go through some of the problems people are having!

The School is too expensive: Ok for 30,000 a year you shouldn't be drinking all day long and throwing this college away. But how many other universities let you work for half the year at a job that you can actually use in real life. I'm talking about the Co Op and it beats any Pizza delivery or WallMart job any day.

Now if your an engineer, computer science, IST, Engineer, Business or Medical Student; Then Drexel is the one of the schools that you can go too! For every other major... well let's just say that your an idiot for thinking that if your a political science or animation or whatever... that it was a good idea to come to Drexel. I mean do your homework before coming to this school. This is a technology school, so that means, get your Teaching Degree at another University. It's just that simple!

For all you highschool kids that are thinking about going to Drexel, let me just tell yout that it's a great school with good teachers. The rest of these negative posts are from kids who just can't hack it in school period, reguardless if it they went to Drexel. I'm having fun and doing great.

Someone said that Drexel doesn't help you on getting a Job. Ok well this guy probably didn't even stay long enough in School to ever experience it. Let me tell you about it.

The co op is in place to get students working at a 6 month internship at a company that actually can teach you a little about your major. During my 5 year program i will be going on 3 Co Ops. I had to search for my own job, set up the interview, and most importantly interview with the company. The Co Op has taught me so much valuable information towards gettng a job. It's great! I'm working at MBNA in Wilmington and I have to say that I really enjoyed it.So don't hate on Drexel so much! It really is better than what you've been reading.

Question
Worst red tape on the planet.AverageUndecided
Worst red tape on the planet. Financial Aid is horrendous. Forget it if there is a mistake on your transcript you will have it the rest of your life. No one cares about anything they will always give you the run around. Like youll be transferred 90 times over 2 weeks, and end up having to speak to the same person and it starts all over again. The money they charge is outrageous for what you get. Go to Temple or something for a lot cheaper and a much better education
