I'm at UWP because it's local, and they have the degree program I want. That said, most classes are small in size, which means your professors notice you more. That's a good thing to me, and it could be a negative for someone who just wants to sit in the back of a 150-person lecture. There are courses, like intro bio, psych, etc., where there are those larger lectures, but in general, class sizes are quite reasonable. UWP has its issues, as every school does, but if you actually want to learn, you will have every opportunity to do so.
