To potential students for a CASAC 350 hours training!! Stay far away from the NCADD/Westchester (White Plains, New York). The administration and office personnel are incompetent and totally non-responsive to students questions. Calls and emails are NEVER answered unless you confront them in their office. Additionally, stay away from the Recovery Coach Program. It's a new program run and taught by a person with very limited or no experience in dealing with drugs and substance abuse. In summary, they will talk and big deal to entice you to sign up and pay for the program. Once they receive you funds, there is complete avoidance by administration and office along with Recovery Coach instructor! Avoid this organization, they will talk a huge game, take your money and screw you with your courses. Hope this helps :))
