“Good place to get a degree with minimalAccounting
Good place to get a degree with minimal pressure, yet quality instruction. Not a top end school, nor is it bottom . . . squarely placed right where it should be; the middle. School does not do much for its graduates. The people are nice, but poorly trained. Nothing wrong with that. Again, nice people, but do not count on ANY support. They are just poorly trained and not knowledgeable about life in the real world.

“I loved Drake University.Accounting
I loved Drake University. It was perfect for who I was at the time and what I needed. After getting past I wasn't at a big, social university, Drake was perfect...enough fun and partying, met nice people, but the education was the best part.
My professors were always accessable and very knowledgeble. The best I can say is that the University, from top to bottom, cared about the students, professionally and personally.
My step-daughter recently graduated from Drake. Although she is of a different generation, she had almost the same overall experience, albeit, over 25 years later.To me, that is something special.

“I would never goAccounting
I would never go to a community college. There were mostly older people there. There was minimal socializing with people there. I worked a lot. My daughter is at college now and I think that is the best way to go.
