IT'S A BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT TOTALLY MISMANAGED AND DISFUNCTIONAL INSIDE. TAKE A LOOK AT THE RECENT TURN OVER OF EMPLOYEES.
THE PRESIDENT SHOULD LEAVE HIS EXPENSIVE IVORY TOWER AND SHOW SOME INTEREST IN THE TOTAL LACK OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND HE SHOULD ADDRESS THE VERY LOW MORALE OF ADMINISTRATORS AND STAFF MEMBERS.
DO A LOT OF HOMEWORK AND INDEPTH RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SPEND A DIME AT IONA.
THE PROOF ALWAYS USED TO BE IN THE PEOPLE, BUT NOT ANYMORE, AND IT'S VERY SAD. STUDENTS USED TO BE THE PRIORITY, NOW ONLY MONEY IS.

“-There was a lot of immaturely age wise
-There was a lot of immaturely age wise as well as behavioural by not student but staff too. There was also a sense of racism not white on black but black on white from certain teachers.
-There was no disciplinarian action for student and they acted up constantly.
-Not enough teachers
-Forgot definitely sexist.

“It made me more cynical.
It made me more cynical. I now know that my department chair overhyped everything. His own background, the things we were doing in the media program, etc. He only cares about his own reputation, what administrators think about him, and the top 1% of students. He didn't try to help the rest of us. We worked at an Olypics and most of our jobs were were long hours in a dark basement worh supervisors who were jerks and yelled at us. We never saw our teacher at all. He was with the 1% in their better jobs.
