Major: Anthropology (This Major's Salary over time)
UNO was a good school until the budget cuts that have effected all state schools. Unfortunately, UNO is taking cuts in areas that will eventually effect students (ie English classes, Math classes, eliminating entire majors) It is not a pretty sight! If you into business/computers - UNO will meet your goals; if you into the humanities - best to go to a different college because they are slowly removing them. UNO is also raising tuition costs - so it comes down to your paying more for less. I am glad I graduated when I did - I wouldn't want to try to get my degree from there now - it would take longer and cost more in the long run. One thing, UNO did NOT hurt my graduate admissions into a Division I school - I think the smallness of UNO might have helped me to define my research interests more and I was given more "hands on" with my advisor/professors.
