I really wish people would stop saying thisQuite BrightDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
I really wish people would stop saying this school is so depressing and whatnot. Honestly, if you can not find a party to go to, you simply are not trying. There are parties every single night, and if that fails, U of R is a short drive away, or even a walk (although I'll admit I wouldn't do it again). The girl/guy ratio is skewed anyway because about 30% of the guys want to stay in their room and play video games, which is fine, so parties and social events have a really solid mix. The gym and workout rooms are phenominal, the design program is awesome, and I've been really pleased. People here are either really bizzare or normal, but in either case they're friendly enough. By no means is RIT a "party school," though. You will have to bust your ass to get work done, but when it comes down to it there are lots of pleasent people and things to do. Perhaps the computer science and engineering programs are the most depressing things on the planet, but speaking as a design student, I am enjoying my time here and don't regret my decision at all.

Question
I cant believe what other students are saying,Design Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
I cant believe what other students are saying, these are the back of the class, smoke on your break, arrive 30 min. late, cant turn on the computer type of morons that are commenting on the school. The staff and facualty are excellent and easy to get along with. Its you morons that complain about every facet of your life that make every school have its share of failures. Try going to class prepared and you might pass the class. Pay no mind to simple minded idiots complaining about this school. The facilities are outstanding and the intimate class sizing make it possible to recieve a lot of one on one time with each instructors which was unlike any school i had ever attended. With detication and hard work Northwest College of Art will help you on your way. The placement dept. kicks ass too, they can find even the most hard to work with grad or student a position. Find out for yourself the school is great the student body has a lot of talent and after you graduate you will have all the skills you need to be a staple in the design world.

Question
I had very little computer experience before enrollingComputer Science
I had very little computer experience before enrolling at Interactive College Technology. The instructors were great and worked hard to make sure I learned what I would need, including necessary certifications. They helped me find job upon graduationAdvice: Find a college such as Interactive College of Technology where you get individual attention and caring instructors. IT is a great field to be in. I am glad I made the choices I did.
